We're Here to Support the Flourishing of Contemplative Collaboration
Who We Are
Common Light is an impact advisory illuminating paths to ecosystem-wide flourishing. We guide individuals, teams, and organizations through a journey of self-directed inquiry, purposeful realignment, and contemplation, helping them cultivate cultures where human and nature’s potentials thrive.
What We Do
Why Common Light
We are the ideas we choose to illuminate.
Common Light works from a recognition of this inner light from which we can co-host new abundance-based agreements with ourselves, others, and Earth.
We are a holistic practice that draws upon the latest in humanistic management research and experiential learning.
