Reclaiming Attention Workshop

How can liberating our attention transform our teams and collective decision-making? Join this interactive workshop to explore the art of restoring free attention—a contemplative approach to rebuilding our organizations from the inside out.

Our attention has become fragmented and manipulated by competing forces—social media algorithms, sensationalist news, constant notifications, and commercial interests—all designed to capture, monetize, and influence our most precious cognitive resource. This fragmentation weakens our capacity for trust, creative thinking, and collaborative problem-solving: the foundations for effective organizations.

In this workshop, you'll learn practical methods to:

  • Recognize and resist attention-capturing techniques in organizational settings
  • Cultivate deeper focus on interpersonal collaboration
  • Redirect collective attention toward meaningful priorities and impact

Leave with concrete tools applicable for leaders and teams in any sector—business, government, or non-profit—to strengthen attention capacity and contribute to more thoughtful, deliberative organizations capable of addressing our shared challenges.

The flourishing of our organizations lies in the freedom of attention.
